This allows us to make smarter decisions on how to spend on traffic acquisition for your website, and also to tailor a guest's onsite experience once they arrive there. 

The Guest Value Index registers how the guest compares to a hotel's ideal customer profile and recognises their real time purchase intent. The Trip Value Index is calculated from their booking conditions, including parity and booking value.
