To edit the color of your Chat icon, log in to the Triptease platform and click Front Desk in the left hand menu to expand that section, then click Settings. You’ll see options to switch customer replies on or off, change the color of the Chat icon and to edit your welcome message.
Click the colored box under Theme to open up your color picker. From here you can select a color by clicking in the color picker, or you can add the specific Hex code for your brand colors.
If you have multiple hotels with different branding, you can also set a different color for each hotel.
