To turn Chat off for a particular hotel, click Settings in the menu on the left-hand side of the Triptease Platform, and then select Chat.
For each hotel you currently have set up with Chat, there is an option to Allow customer replies. It will be green with a tick if Chat is switched on and grey with a cross if it is switched off.
Switch it off for any hotels which you do not want to have Chat on and click Save changes in the top right hand side of the screen.
This will mean that the reply field is removed and Night Manager is disabled, but your messages are still available. For now this includes Price Check and Welcome Messages.
The Chat bell will also remain on the page so that guests can open it to review previous Price Checks and any offers that they have been targeted with.
