Step-by-Step: Update Your Retargeting Ad Logo
Follow these steps to change the logo used in your retargeting ads:
1. Log in to the Triptease Platform
Ensure you're logged into your Triptease account.
2. Go to Channels
From the main platform menu, select Channels.
3. Select Retargeting
Under the Paid Media channels category, click Retargeting.
4. Open Advert Setup
At the top of the page, locate the "Advert Setup" banner and click the Configure button.
5. Select the Correct Hotel
At the top of the page, use the dropdown menu to select the hotel you'd like to update.
Important: If you manage multiple properties, double-check that you’ve selected the correct hotel before making changes.
6. Manage Your Advert Images
Under "Manage your advert images", click Upload/replace image.
7. Upload Your New Logo
When the updated menu appears:
Select the "Logo" tick box
Click Upload/replace image
Click Continue
Upload your new logo file when prompted.
8. Publish Your Changes
After uploading your logo:
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click Publish
Your updated logo will now be applied to your retargeting ads.

To ensure your logo displays clearly across all placements, we recommend:
Dimensions: 300px by 300px
Format: High-resolution image file (e.g., PNG or JPG)
Design tip: Use a version with sufficient padding so it doesn’t appear cropped in ad placements

Make sure your logo matches what’s displayed on your website, booking engine, and other paid channels (e.g., Paid Search or Metasearch).

How long does it take for the new logo to appear in ads?
Once published, changes are typically reflected shortly after. However, depending on ad platform processing times, it may take a little time for all placements to update.
What happens if I don’t click “Publish”?
Your changes will not go live. Always scroll to the bottom of the page and click Publish to apply the updated logo.
Can I upload different logos for different hotels?
Yes. Use the hotel selection dropdown at the top of the page to switch between properties and upload a unique logo for each one.
