Night Manager messages guests when all your Agents are logged out, collecting contact details so you can respond via email when you’re back online. 

The Automated Assistant also offers this service - it asks for an email if it can’t answer a question - but it is also able to answer an ever-growing range of questions about your hotel. In many instances, guests will receive a helpful answer, and will be able to proceed and make their booking.
