When something changes at your hotel - swimming pool opening hours, the price of upgrading to a balcony room or airport pickup times for example - you’ll obviously want to update the answers that your Automated Assistant can give. 

To change or update your answers, log in to the Triptease Platform and click Settings and then Chat. 

Under the section titled Automated Assistant, click the button that says Manage to access all your Automated Assistant FAQs. Make any required changes to your answers and then click Save & publish.  

Please note if you are adding URL links to the answers that Automated Assistant can give to your guests you should use the following format: 

Link name e.g Google. The URL must include 'https://www.'
