Our request card details feature securely transfers credit or debit card details from a visitor to your Agent via Chat.
These details can then be inputted manually into your till (POS), reservation system or property management system to take a payment, similar to taking a payment over the phone.
Click Request card details at the bottom of the Agent Portal and enter the amount and currency you are requesting, then click Send request.
The guest will then receive a message asking them to enter their card details.
Once they've entered their details, you can then click Reveal card to access their card details. These will be available securely for 72 hours, before being wiped from our PCI-compliant storage system.
