Use these Halloween examples as inspiration for your next on-site message. Adapt the offer, copy and design for your hotel, season or event. The offers shown are examples: only mention perks your hotel actually provides, including images.
How to use these examples
Copy the prompt beneath your chosen example.
Replace the text in square brackets with your hotel name, campaign name, offer, end date and booking link.
Ask for a preview, then review the desktop and mobile versions and request any changes.
Example 1: Pets stay free
A pet-friendly message with a black-cat photo and one booking button.
Copy this prompt:
Create a Halloween on-site popup message for [Hotel name], with desktop and mobile variants, in a campaign named "[Month_Year_Campaign name]". Show it immediately on arrival and end it at midnight on [end date].
Use the attached example message image as design inspiration. Use black #0a0a0a, orange #e27434 and white #ffffff. No purple or green.
Design the desktop message about 520px wide, full width on mobile, with 20px rounded corners.
Use a black, left-aligned top text panel:
- Kicker: "PETS STAY FREE" in Montserrat bold, 13px, orange, with wide letter spacing.
- Headline: "BLACK CATS WELCOME. DOGS TOO." in Oswald bold, white, about 48px on desktop and 36px on mobile. Break it evenly across lines, without a single word left on its own.
- Body: "[Your pet-friendly offer and what is included when guests book direct]" in Inter, 15px, light grey.
- One rounded orange button with black text: "[Button text]", linking to [booking engine URL]. Make it full width on mobile and include it in both variants.
Below the text, use a real photo of a sleek, short-haired black cat with amber eyes against a dark, plain background. Keep its face centred and fully visible in a wide crop. The photo should be full width, about 240px tall on desktop and 200px on mobile, directly beneath the text panel without an empty divider.

Tip: Attach your own cat photo separately and say, "Use this photo in the message." Keep it distinct from the example screenshot.
Example 2: Trick or treat?
A two-panel message highlighting two offers at your hotel.
Use black #0a0a0a, charcoal #161616, orange #e27434 and white #ffffff. No purple or green. Use emojis only inside the two buttons.
Use a black background, 20px rounded corners, about 620px wide on desktop and full width on mobile.
Across the top, add "TRICK OR TREAT?" in Oswald bold, orange, centred, with wide letter spacing: about 54px on desktop and 36px on mobile. Keep it on one line.
Below it, use two equal panels side by side on desktop and stacked on mobile:
- Left panel, charcoal: "TRICK" in Oswald bold, white, about 38px. Add "[Your first offer]" in Inter, 15px, white. Add a rounded outline button with a 2px white border and white text: "[First button text]".
- Right panel, orange: "TREAT" in Oswald bold, black, about 38px. Add "[Your second offer]" in Inter, 15px, black. Add a rounded black button with white text: "[Second button text]".
Make both buttons the same size and full width within their panel. Link both to [booking engine URL]. Keep the body copy similar in length so the buttons line up on desktop.
For a single offer, simplify this design to one panel and one booking button.

Example 3: Fright Night
A pumpkin equaliser design for your Halloween event or seasonal package.
Use a black background, 20px rounded corners, about 600px wide on desktop and full width on mobile.
Across the top, add an equaliser of vertical bars of different heights, aligned at the bottom: 18 bars on desktop and 14 on mobile, with 5px rounded corners. Shade them from dark burnt orange #b44c24 on the left to light orange #f09b5a on the right. Place a pumpkin emoji on top of every bar, about 20px on desktop and 14px on mobile.
Keep the copy left-aligned:
- Kicker: "FRIGHT NIGHT" in Montserrat bold, 13–15px, white, with wide letter spacing.
- Headline: "Turn the screams up." in Montserrat bold, white, about 38px on desktop and 26px on mobile. Keep it on one line without a single word left on its own.
- Body: "[Your Halloween event offer]. Costumes encouraged." in Inter, 15–17px, light grey.
- One rounded pill-shaped white button with black text: "[Button text]", linking to [booking engine URL]. Make it full width on mobile.

Top tips
Share the prompt and the example message image together. Say which parts you want to keep or change.
Be clear about each image's role: "Use this screenshot as design inspiration" or "Use this photo in the message".
Tell Agent whether to follow these colours and fonts or your hotel's branding.
Refine in chat: "Shorten the headline" or "Make the button clearer on mobile".
Before publishing, check both previews, your offer details, button links and campaign dates.
