When a disparity no longer exists, it will be auto-archived within the Triptease Platform. 

For example, let’s say there is a disparity in Parity Monitoring for a search of two adults for the 5th - 6th April. If at another time that same search is entered on your hotel website and there is no longer a disparity, our system will automatically archive that disparity for you in the dashboard. That means you won’t waste time trying to replicate a disparity which no longer exists. 

If you want to access your archived disparities, you can do this by downloading a .CSV file of all your disparities. Just click the Download as .CSV button in the top right hand corner. The downloaded file will contain both your live and your archived disparities.
