To switch your Automated Assistant on and off, expand the Settings section in the menu on the left hand side of the page, then click Chat.
Under the Automated Assistant section for each hotel you currently have Chat running on, you’ll be able to toggle the switch marked Allow Automated Assistant to respond to customers to switch the Automated Assistant off and on manually.
