The first step to increasing your direct bookings is getting your parity in check.
The Parity Monitoring dashboard displays a live feed of every time a guest searches on your website and you're being undercut by an OTA. That means you can identify the issues that are causing disparities and get them resolved - fast.
Fixing a disparity: A step-by-step guide
- View your disparities
Select the Parity section in the Triptease Platform to be taken straight to the Parity Monitoring dashboard. This is where you’ll see a list of all the disparities that have occurred in the last 24 hours. You can filter this list by property, OTA or time period if you want to.
- Open a disparity to view the details
Click on a disparity to get further information about the exact search and room type.
- Contact the OTA
If the disparity is still live, contact your account manage at the relevant OTA. You can download a screengrab of the disparity from the Parity Monitoring dashboard to send to them if needed.
- Archive your resolved disparities
Once a disparity is fixed, click Archive Disparity to remove it from the list.
