If you have both Price Check and Chat products running on your hotel website then Price Check will be delivered to your guest via the Chat widget at the bottom right side of the screen. This makes for a simpler experience for your potential customers and also keeps your website clear of lots of additional widgets so that customers can clearly see information about your hotel.

If a potential guest runs a search for dates while they are in the middle of conversation with you or one of your Agents then the resulting Price Check information will be delivered to them via Chat in addition to any responses you send. This may look a little strange and disruptive from the Agent Portal view, but for the guest it should keep things clear and tidy and make perfect sense.
