We train the Auto-Agent by inputting a range of specific questions and answer about your hotel.
For the time being we ask hoteliers to fill out a form featuring some general FAQs about their hotel and service. We then analyze Auto-Agent’s conversations and identify if there have been any questions about the hotel that it didn’t have an answer for. We’ll follow those questions up with the hotel and add the missing answers to Auto-Agent.
Soon this process will be built into the Triptease Platform, so that you are able to complete the initial questions and add additional answers by yourself.
