Yep. Sending images - such as pictures of your rooms or menu - via Front Desk is simple. Just click the paperclip symbol in the message bar at the bottom of the Agent Portal to upload an image. You can also drag and drop an image to upload it.
Currently only Front Desk Agents can send images - guests can't. When a guest clicks the image it will open up in a new browser tab, meaning they won't have to leave your conversation to view it.
