To edit your Front Desk live chat welcome message, log in to the Triptease platform and click Front Desk in the left hand menu to expand that section, then click Settings. You’ll see options to switch customer replies on or off, change the colour of the Front Desk icon and to edit your welcome message.
If you’d rather not have a welcome message you can just leave that section blank. Otherwise write your message, style it up using the rich text editor and click the Save changes button. If you have multiple hotels using Front Desk live chat, you can set a different welcome message for each hotel. You can also come back and edit your welcome messages at any time.
