To turn Front Desk of for a particular hotel, click Front Desk and then Settings in the menu on the left hand side of the Triptease platform.
For each hotel you currently have set up with Front Desk, there is an option to Allow customer replies. It will be green with a tick if Front Desk is switched on and grey with an cross if it is switched off.
Switch it off for any hotels which you do not want to have Front Desk on and click Save changes in the top right hand side of the screen.
This will mean that the reply field is removed and Night Manager is disabled, but your nudge messages are still available. For now this includes Price Check and Welcome Messages, but we’re working to expand this.
The Front Desk bell will also remain on the page so that guests can open it to review previous Price Checks and any offers that they have been targeted with.
