Back in the days before we built the Message Manager and allowed our partner hotels to create their own messages from scratch, we used to build them manually in house. 

These messages are listed in the Message Builder as Triptease Managed campaigns, and they can only be edited by the Triptease team. If you spot one of these in the Message Manager and want to make a change, get in touch with the team at customersuccess@triptease.com
