If you're using Meta and Retargeting on a Pay-per-Stay or Bill-on-Checkout model, it's important that you tell us which of your bookings cancelled so we only charge you for the guests who stayed at your hotel.
You can flag bookings manually within the platform - this short video walks you through the process - or you can upload a .CSV file of cancellations exported from your PMS (but please make sure this file only contains details of cancelled bookings!).
