TL;DR

  • You can preview messages on your website.

  • Always save your message before previewing.

  • Previews reflect the device view (desktop or mobile) you're currently in.

When to Use It

Use previewing when:

  • You want to see how your message appears in real-world context

  • You're checking layout, branding, or message clarity

  • You're sharing a version for internal or client review

How It Works

The preview function displays your message as it would appear on a hotel website. You can:

  • Preview both desktop and mobile views

  • Interact with CTAs and countdowns

  • Ensure styling and placement look correct

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Message Editor

From your campaign dashboard, click the pencil icon next to your message.

2. Make Your Edits

Ensure you've completed your message layout and content updates.

3. Save Your Message

Click Save before previewing. Skipping this step may show an outdated version.

4. Click the Preview Button

Located at the top right of the editor.

  • Select the desired preview environment (if applicable)

  • Your message will load on the chosen preview site

Pro Tip: If the preview doesn’t show your changes, return to the editor, save again, and reload the preview.

Pro Tips

  • Preview both desktop and mobile separately to ensure consistency

  • Use screenshots from previews to get stakeholder feedback before publishing

  • Double check translations and CTA behaviors in preview mode

FAQs / Troubleshooting
