How It Works

The preview function displays your message as it would appear on a hotel website. You can:

  • Preview both desktop and mobile views

  • Interact with CTAs and countdowns

  • Ensure styling and placement look correct


How to preview the mesage on your website

Click on the preview icon, located at the top right of the editor.

  • Select the desired preview website (note that previews will only display on sites where Triptease scripts are installed)

  • You can also preview it on your mobile by scanning the QR code.


Pro Tips

  • Preview both desktop and mobile separately to ensure consistency

  • Use screenshots from previews to get stakeholder feedback before publishing

  • Double-check translations and CTA behaviors in preview mode

Question: Why can’t I see the preview?

Answer: Make sure you’ve entered a valid URL. Also confirm you saved your message.


Q: Can I preview unpublished messages?

A: Yes. As long as they are saved and you have access to a supported preview environment.


Q: Do previews show targeting logic?

A: No. They show message design only—not real-time targeting or guest behavior logic.
