You want to target different guests in different places.

Pro tip:
You can see all the current messages in a campaign in the Creatives Dashboard. Click on the small thumbnails to see each creative in more detail.
How It Works
A campaign is a collection of one or more messages. All messages within a campaign:
Are grouped under the same campaign name
Can use the same audience or unique targeting at a campaign level (messages will only ever be shown to people who meet the campaign targeting criteria)
Are reported together in analytics
Each message inside the campaign can:
Have its own design, placement, and behavior
Be shown on desktop, mobile, or both
Be scheduled or triggered independently
Have its own precise targeting (e.g. display only on a specific URL)
Step-by-Step Instructions (example)
To configure a multi-message campaign with no campaign-level targeting (relevant to all website visitors, e.g. a Black Friday campaign), follow the steps below. More specific campaign targeting options are available but the message creation process is the same:
1. Go to Campaigns > Create Onsite Messages
2. Choose a template and add to campaign
3. Set message-level targeting
4. Add additional messages and targeting
5. Check and finalize applicable hotels
6. Name and publish the campaign
You can also Save your progress if you're not ready to publish
Pro Tips
Group messages by goal (e.g., summer sale, Black Friday push)
Use consistent branding across all messages in a campaign
Test message order and behavior for guest experience optimization
Consider message cadence (e.g., delay one message if another was just shown)

A: You'll see performance rolled up at the campaign level, with breakdowns per message.
