When to Use It
Adjust message position and size when:
You want to change where the message appears on the screen
Your content looks cut off, too large, or poorly placed
You need a mobile-specific layout
How It Works
The Triptease Messages platform uses a modular builder. Message positioning and sizing are controlled by the overall container, not individual blocks or sections.
Key settings include:
Placement: Choose from preset on-page positions (e.g. bottom center, top right)
Size: Set width and height, or let the system auto-size based on content
Padding & Margins: Fine-tune spacing within and around the container
How to Adjust Placement and Size
Open the Settings Tab to Adjust Placement
Click the Settings tab.
Choose a preset position (e.g., top left, bottom center)
The center position will always create a full-screen message on a shaded grey background
Use the Preview function to check positioning
5. Adjust Container Size
Click the outer frame of the message or navigate to the Layout tab and select Container.
To adjust manually, select pixels as the width or height setting and enter a value, or simply select the Container and drag a corner
Set both to auto to adjust container size automatically when you change the size of content Blocks
Use padding to create breathing room around your content
Pro Tips
Use Auto-size to avoid cutoff issues, especially on mobile
Stick to center-bottom placement for promotions and nudges
Preview both desktop and mobile after adjusting positioning
FAQs / Troubleshooting

Q: Can I drag and drop to position a message?
A: Use the preset placement options in the Styles tab to define message position on your website.
Q: Why don’t size changes apply to my Call To Action button?
A: CTA size is controlled at the block level. Adjust it separately from the container.
