How It Works
During Early Access:
Auto-migration is not yet available.
If you want to start using New Messages now, you can recreate your Legacy Messages manually.
If you recreate messages yourself, be sure to pause the old version in Legacy Messages so you don’t end up with duplicate campaigns running at the same time.
When Auto-Migration Launches:
All messages created using the Legacy Messages product will be automatically transferred to the New Messages platform.
You’ll be able to review and edit your migrated messages using the creative builder before you publish them.
This process ensures a smoother transition without having to rebuild everything yourself.

The auto-migration feature isn’t live yet.
