How to add a Promo Code block to a Triptease Message so guests can click to copy a promotional code directly from your message.

Overview

The Promo Code block lets you display a clickable promotional code inside any message on your hotel website. When a guest clicks the code, it copies automatically to their clipboard, making it easy to apply at checkout. The block is fully customizable to match your brand and works across all three message container types.

How to add a Promo Code block to a message

  1. In the Triptease Platform, go to Campaigns in the side menu and under New campaign, click Personalize your guest experience.

  2. Select a template with a promo code block already included, or pick any template you want!

  3. Add the Promo Code block from the block library if needed.

  4. Enter your promotional code in the Promo code field.

  5. Customize the appearance of the block using the options in the left panel:

    • Typography — adjust font, size, weight, and color

    • Size & spacing — set horizontal and vertical padding

    • Styles — toggle a background color on or off, and adjust the corner radius

    • Border — choose a border style (Dashed, Solid, or None), set the thickness, and pick a border color

  6. Preview your message on desktop and mobile, then save and publish.

The Promo Code block works with all three container types: collapsible, dismissible, and inline messages.
