If you’re working with multiple hotels, it’s important to analyze each business individually. This will help you to understand if specific hotels are suffering from worse parity issues than others, and then you can take steps to fix it.

Using the 'Property parity breakdown' you can easily identify which of your hotels have the most parity issues.

You can sort the table by any of the columns. If you order by 'undercut searches', you will bring to the top the hotel where undercuts impacted the largest number of guests searching on the booking engine. If you order by the 'parity distribution' column, you can bring to the top the hotel with the highest overall undercut rate. Finally you can also sort by the 'average undercut' column if you want to bring to the top the property with the largest average OTA undercut.

If you want to investigate the parity data deeper for a specific property, click the row in the table and you'll be taken to a deep dive showing all the recent undercuts we've seen for that property.
