This article explains how admin users can view and download subscription and contract information for their Triptease account, including renewal dates, trial end dates, and billing details.

Updated over a week ago

Overview

The Triptease platform provides admin users with a subscriptions page showing renewal, trial, and contract details across their hotels and products. You can download a CSV of the data or see in-platform alerts for upcoming changes (such as trials ending or renewals within 90 days).

Access: The subscriptions page is only available to admin users, and only for the hotels they are assigned to.

How to download your subscription data

  1. Navigate to Subscriptions under the Billing menu on the left side.

  2. Click the purple Download button.

  3. You will receive a CSV spreadsheet with the following fields:

    • Hotel name

    • API key

    • Product

    • Start date

    • Renewal / end date

    • Status

    • Billing model

You will also see details of relevant fees and/or commissions per product, depending on whether the hotel is on a license or commission-based billing model.

In-platform alerts

The Subscriptions page displays callouts for any upcoming changes:

  • Trials ending within 30 days

  • Products renewing within 90 days

  • Changes to terms within 90 days

This helps you stay ahead of renewal conversations and plan internal budget or product changes.
