New Triptease Navigation

We’ve refreshed the Triptease platform navigation to make it faster and easier to find what you need. This article covers what’s changed, why we’ve made these updates, and where to find things.

Updated yesterday

Why we made this change

  • Make the new Campaign Manager easier to find – no more digging around; it’s now a easily accessible in the main menu.

  • Organized around your workflows – navigation is more closely aligned to what hoteliers want to do.

  • Simpler access to channels and settings – so you can get to the right place quickly.

  • Future-proofing – the new structure means we can make new features available to you more quickly and easily when we roll them out.

What’s changed?

We’ve moved the main navigation from the top of the screen to the left-hand side, and changed some labels. All of the functionality you’re used to is still there - you might just find it in a slightly different place.

Here’s a rundown of the main elements in the new navigation.

1. Dashboard

Your high-level overview of hotel performance and key insights. The existing Triptease home page that you’re used to.

2. Campaigns*

Access to the new Campaign Manager, which lets you set up cross-channel and segment-targeted campaigns. This is the place where you can create, manage and measure Paid Search, Metasearch and Messages campaigns.

Performance reporting for your campaigns is accessed via a dedicated button on the Campaign Manager home screen.

*The Campaign Manager is only available to Triptease customers with relevant channel subscriptions, so some users may not be able to create campaigns.

3. Channels

Review performance and manage setup (where applicable) for the individual Triptease channels used by your hotel:

  • Paid Search. Access consolidated performance reporting for all of a hotel’s Paid Search campaigns (created by you and by Triptease).

  • Metasearch. Access consolidated performance reporting for all of a hotel’s Metasearch campaigns (created by you and by Triptease).

  • Retargeting. Set up and manage your Retargeting adverts, and review performance reporting for your hotel’s campaigns.

  • Messages v2 (New). Access our all-new web personalization product via the Campaign Manager. Set up messages-only or cross-channel campaigns, and review consolidated performance in the new Reporting Dashboard (performance reporting also includes data from Messages v1, our original platform).

  • Messages v1 (Classic). Set up and manage individual messages in our original web personalization platform. Review performance of each v1 message here, or consolidated with new Messages v2 campaigns in the Campaign Manager Reporting Dashboard.

  • Email. Review performance of your Triptease-managed email campaigns. Configuration for your email campaigns can now be found in the Settings section.

  • Price Match. Review performance of our Metasearch and On-site Price Match add-ons if your hotel is using them, to the impact of automatic price adjustments when you’re out of parity.

  • Chat. Log in to your HiJiffy account.

4. Market Insights

Your hub for:

  • Parity monitoring – stay on top of OTA undercuts.

  • Guest Insight – understand market trends and guest demand.

5. Settings

Manage all your configuration in one place:

  • Property settings - update your hotel details and configure property level product settings

  • Group settings - update settings that apply across your group and brand. Find your unique integration script.

  • Manage your CRM integration and setup Email campaigns.

6. Account

Update your preferences and manage team access.

7. Billing

View subscription information and reconcile performance-billed bookings.
