What's New

The new Triptease Messages product was built to address common hotelier pain points when it comes to website personalization:


1. Greater Design Flexibility

Our previous product limited hoteliers to fixed message types (e.g. nudge, full screen, price check), each with rigid design options. The new Triptease Messages product removes those constraints:

  • Modular Drag & Drop Builder: Build messages with a combination of Containers, Sections, and Blocks

  • Custom Styling: Control fonts, spacing, padding, background color, alignment, button shape and more

  • Image & Media Support: Add brand imagery, GIFs, and even video (coming soon)


2. Templates for Every Use Case

The new Triptease Messages product offers a growing library of customizable templates:

  • Price Check

  • Direct Booking Perks

  • Seasonal Offers

  • Upsells (F&B, Spa, Experiences)

  • Flash Sales

Templates are fully editable. You can rearrange or remove elements, and completely rebrand the look and feel.


3. Multi-Message Campaigns

Messages now live inside campaigns. This allows you to:

  • Group multiple messages together (e.g., Summer Sale)

  • Keep consistent styling and settings, while customizing targeting for each message

  • Preview and report on campaigns as a whole

Note: This is especially useful for seasonal promotions, loyalty funnels, and thematic brand storytelling.


4. Desktop & Mobile Variants

Each message can now have a tailored design for desktop and mobile. This allows better responsiveness and guest experience across devices.


5. Better Reporting

The new Triptease Messages product starts with basic metrics (views, clicks, conversions), with deeper reporting rolling out in stages.

  • Always start with a template to save time (you can customize later)

  • Save frequently when building! Changes aren’t auto-saved yet

  • Use sections to visually structure your message and experiment with layout

  • Adjust mobile and desktop separately to perfect the look on both


FAQs / Troubleshooting

Question: Can I replicate my messages from the former product exactly in the new Triptease Messages product?

Answer: At the moment, you’ll need to recreate your messages manually in the new Triptease Messages product. While exact one-to-one replication isn’t always possible, M2’s flexible design tools make it easy to build equivalent or even improved versions. A feature is coming soon that will automatically transfer your existing messages into the new builder. You’ll then be able to review, edit, and publish them without starting from scratch.


Q: Is message branding automatic in the new Triptease Messages product**?**

A: Not yet, but branding (fonts/colors) will be connected shortly after release.


Q: Will saved messages be available if I don’t publish them?

A: Yes—just be sure to name and save your campaign so it doesn’t get lost.
