Overview
Before authorizing the integration, make sure your hotels are already configured in the Triptease Platform.
If they are not configured, contact your Triptease Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email customersuccess@triptease.com.
Once confirmed, follow the steps below to complete the integration.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 - Open the Cloudbeds Marketplace
Step 2 - Search for the Triptease – Pricing Engine app
Step 3 - Select the app from the results
Step 4 - Click "Connect App"
Step 5 - Click "Allow Access"
After Connecting
Once connected, you’ll see a list containing:
Linked hotels – successfully connected to Triptease.
Unlinked hotels – not yet configured in the Triptease Platform.
👉 To link missing hotels, contact your CSM or reach out to customersuccess@triptease.com to request configuration. After setup is complete, be sure to repeat the steps above to connect the remaining hotels.
Troubleshooting & Support
Some hotels are not linked: Contact Triptease Customer Success to configure them in the platform.
