A contact list is quite simply a group of contacts that you want to be able to message in one go (e.g. when you email customersuccess@triptease.com it will go to everyone in the Triptease Customer Success Team. This is a contact list)

For hoteliers, you might want to have a ‘Black Friday’ contact list, or ‘Spa customer’ for example.
