This short article will tell you how you can send emails of potential guests who abandoned their carts to your CRM (Available only on Mailchimp and PUSHTech CRM).
Go to the ‘Audience intelligence’ menu and click ‘CRM connectivity’. Create a CRM contact list specifically for Cart abandonment.
Select the option ‘I want additional data’.
Follow the instructions to configure your CRM settings to receive additional guest data.
Finally, when setting a Cart abandonment campaign live, choose the contact list you created for Cart abandonment and confirm the action.
