Hoteliers visiting the Email Performance page can now see detailed performance for each hotel, combining data from cart abandonment and back-in-stock campaigns. They can also download this information as a CSV file and review the performance per campaign below.
However, you may notice a discrepancy between unique emails collected in the campaign summary and emails collected in the property breakdown table.
Here's why you may be seeing two different numbers:
Unique emails collected in the campaign summary: This is a de-duplicated list of email addresses collected for all of the hotels selected within the list for the specified period.
Emails collected in the property breakdown: This is the list of unique email addresses collected per property. If a guest leaves an email address for multiple hotels within a client, the total in this table will add up to more than the unique emails collected
