When should I use a Nudge Message?

You can display a Nudge Message either as soon as a customer arrives on your website, or at any of the following timed intervals after their arrival: three seconds, five seconds, ten seconds, twenty seconds, thirty seconds, one minute, two minutes or three minutes. 

Because you’re contacting them early on in their booking journey, you can use Nudge Messages make suggestions or provide a more subtle message about your direct booking offers and discounts.
