Quick Summary
The upgraded Triptease Messages platform gives you more flexibility and control over your campaigns. While Legacy Messages and New Messages have separate dashboards, you can easily track performance in both as you explore features like multi-message campaigns and easy-to-use templates.
In the Reporting Dashboard, you can view and compare the results of individual campaigns—for example, seeing how your summer sale performed against your Black Friday promotion.
More advanced cross-channel reporting will be available soon, making it even easier to measure your results across all Triptease products.

2. View Legacy Messages Reporting
Reports for Legacy Messages remain unchanged.
From the main Triptease navigation, select Messages dashboard.
Here you’ll find reports for all messages you created before using New Messages.
3. View New Messages Reporting
Any campaigns created in New Messages are reported separately:
In Campaign Manager, click Reporting Dashboard in the top right corner.
You’ll see performance data only for New Messages here.
4. Understand Separate Reporting
Important: Reporting for Legacy Messages and New Messages is kept separate.
There is no combined view of all messages together.
You’ll need to check each dashboard individually for complete performance data.
FAQs
Question: Will my Legacy Messages reports be moved to Campaign Manager?
Answer: No. Legacy Messages data stays in the Messages dashboard. New Messages data appears in Campaign Manager.
Q: Can I merge reports from both dashboards?
A: Not right now—reporting is kept separate to avoid confusion during the transition.
Q: Do I need to recreate my old messages in New Messages?
A: You can recreate them if you’d like, but they aren’t automatically moved. Be sure to pause any duplicate messages in Legacy Messages to avoid overlapping campaigns.
