Payment Terms

Understanding the payment terms of your TripTease invoices.

All payment terms are strictly 14 days as per the terms of your signed contract.

You can find the due date noted on the top of your invoice.

If an invoice becomes overdue, you will receive payment reminder emails from us. It is essential to pay invoices on time. Unfortunately, continued late payment may lead to an escalation of your account and, potentially, a suspension.

If you have scheduled or initiated payment for the overdue invoice, please send payment confirmation from your bank to the relevant email address below and we will suspend these notifications:

You can also log remittance advice directly in your Upflow customer portal.
