When you’re being undercut by all your configured OTAs, Price Check usually won’t appear on your website. However, there are ways you can still drive direct bookings when this is the case, including by using an Undercut message.
An Undercut message will appear where Price Check would usually display if your prices were in parity, and can be used to promote the additional benefits of booking direct, as well as allowing prospective guests to contact your hotel to secure a better price. Your Branding settings will also be applied to Undercut messages - read our FAQ for more details on how to apply your own consistent brand styling.
If you can’t see the option to select an Undercut message in your Message Builder, or if you’d prefer to configure Price Check to display a discount message when you’re not in parity, speak to your Customer Success Manager for more details.
