Once you've got the hang of investigating specific undercuts, we recommend zooming out in order to spot patterns, trends, and even the underlying cause of groups of OTA undercuts.

Investigating how your parity varies with length of stay

One of the ways you can do this in the Parity Manager is to use the filters. For instance on the dashboard, your can use the filters to inspect at your undercut rate across different lengths of stay.

These side-by-side images compare the parity data for the same hotel, but looking only at short stays (left) and only longer stays (right). Here you can compare how your parity shapes across different types of stay, and thereby understand more deeply where you can have most impact when resolving undercuts.
