How do I know if my campaigns are working?

Every campaign you create is tracked in the Campaign Manager reporting dashboard. You’ll see the performance broken down by channel, including metrics such as impression share, clicks, conversions, bookings, and total booking value. This helps you understand both the overall impact and the contribution of each channel.

Our goal is to provide a single, unified view of all your marketing performance so you can see what’s working, optimise your campaigns, and share results with your team.

How to view campaign performance:

You can view the performance of your campaigns in the campaign reporting page. To access this, select the Reporting link in the left-hand navigation bar.

Performance reporting for Meta, Paid Search, and Retargeting is now available alongside Messages in a unified Campaign Reporting dashboard. All your core Triptease channels appear in one view, using de-duplicated cross-channel attribution models so you can see how every channel combines to influence bookings.

Attribution models

When viewing the Campaign Reporting dashboard, you can select from three attribution models:

  • Weighted (default), distributes booking credit fairly across all channels and touchpoints in the guest journey

  • Last Click, credits the final Triptease touchpoint before booking

  • Single Channel, shows total bookings influenced by each channel regardless of other channel involvement; closest to legacy reporting numbers and useful for building familiarity with the new dashboard

Access and availability

The Campaign Reporting dashboard is available to all customers, for both licence- and commission-based subscriptions. All your channels are shown, but commission channels only appear in the Performance table. Additional information for licence channels is available in the Spend & Efficiency table.

Note: Email campaign reporting is not included in this dashboard at this stage.

Common questions

Q: Why do my booking numbers look different from before?

A: The attribution models work differently from legacy channel reporting to give a more accurate view of cross-channel performance. Use the Single Channel view if you want numbers comparable to the legacy platform while building familiarity with the new dashboard.

Q: Where do I find the Campaign Reporting dashboard?

A: Select the Reporting link in the left-hand navigation bar of Campaign Manager.

Q: What is the difference between Last Click and Weighted attribution?

A: Last Click attributes 100% of credit to the final Triptease touchpoint before booking. Weighted distributes credit proportionally across every channel and message in the guest's booking journey.
