Triptease Agent is powered by the Agentic Marketing Platform. This article explains how data is handled when you use the Agent, including what it can access, what information is shared with its AI model provider and who can see your conversations.
What can the Agent access?
The Agent shares the permissions of the user logged in to the Triptease platform. Its access also depends on its current capabilities, which change as the product evolves.
It can only perform supported actions that you could perform yourself with your permissions.
What information is shared with the AI model provider?
The following information is shared:
Your conversation with the Agent.
Information the Agent looks up to answer your request.
Files or other information you upload.
This means uploaded information is also part of the context provided to the AI model provider.
Is your data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is not used to train AI models.
Who can see your conversations?
You can see your conversations. Triptease staff can also see them for monitoring and improving the Agent.
Does the Agent access guest data?
Only when your request involves guest data.
Guest data is pseudo-anonymised across Triptease, and the Agent follows the same approach.
How long is information kept?
Retention is governed by Triptease’s Data Retention and Destruction Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
