    • guest data such as email address (for example, submitted by the guest via an Email Capture Message)

    • traffic metadata such as country, city, browser, device, cookies

This information is used to provide personalized experiences for your guests, offer analytics to you, enhance the performance of our products and fulfil our legal / contractual obligation. For an up-to-date list of data we hold and share with our sub-processors, please refer to the "Data definitions" section in this document.

  2. Data Controller: As a data controller, we hold data related to Triptease platform users from your hotel (which may include their name, email address, user ID and phone number, browser and device information). We use this to provide the best possible experience on the Triptease Platform.

We also process data of your employees who we are or have been in contact with about the hotel’s partnership with Triptease.
