The ‘Tripteased influenced’ measure in the Insights dashboard is designed to help you understand when Triptease has potentially encouraged a customer to book on your website.
In order to be counted as ‘Triptease influenced’ a visitor on your website must have taken at least one of the following actions.
Hovered their cursor over Price Check for at least two seconds; a sign they are reading the content
Clicked anywhere on the Price Check widget more than five seconds after it has first revealed. Analysis shows people are most likely to have understood it after this period of time and are not simply dismissing it as they enter the booking engine
Had a Full Screen, Nudge, Crisis, Email Capture or Undercut Message open for between five seconds and ten minutes, and then closed it either by using the ‘X’ button or the call to action button.
