Triptease Audiences builds segments using the data gathered across your hotel websites and other participating hotels in the Triptease Audiences network. Participating hotels will then be able to target marketing communications to these guest segments across paid media channels (Metasearch and Paid Search) and on your hotel websites via Onsite Messages.
For instance, you could create a golf-themed message creative and show that to guests in the Triptease Audiences golf-interest segment. This is one example of how you could personalise your communications to your prospective guests based on their interests using Triptease Audiences.
Similarly you could create a paid media campaign on Paid Search that aims to bring more Family groups to your hotel site by targeting the Family Group audience segment and opting to increase bids on that segment - in the future you'll also be able to personalise the ad copy on Paid Search as part of that campaign to make your hotel even more appealing to that segment on Paid Search.
