👤 Who can do this: Anyone with access to Property Settings in Triptease
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to the Triptease Platform.
Click your account dropdown in the upper-right corner.
Select Property Settings.
In the left-hand menu, choose the property you want to update.
Under Set up your hotel, click Hotel Details.
Tip: If you see a green checkmark with “Complete,” no action is needed for that property.
On the Hotel Details screen:
Verify the Hotel Display Name.
Use the Lookup Hotel tool on the left to search for your hotel. Click your property to auto-fill the address fields.
If anything is missing or incorrect, update your Google Business Profile first. Then return to Triptease and re-run Lookup Hotel.
Click Save Settings.
Repeat the process for any additional properties in your portfolio.

Lookup not working? Try a shorter search term like just your hotel brand and city
Multiple properties? Each property's address must be updated individually.
FAQs / Troubleshooting
Why can't I find my hotel using Lookup Hotel?
Try using fewer words or different spellings. If it's still not appearing, contact your Triptease Customer Success Manager or our Support team for help.
What if my Google Business Profile has incorrect information?
You’ll need to update your business information directly in your Google Business Profile. After the changes are live on Google, come back to Triptease and use the Lookup Hotel tool again.
Do I need to repeat this for every property?
Yes. Address data is property-specific and critical for accurate platform performance.
