How can I set messages on Group Pages?

Overview

  • Group Pages are non-property-specific pages (e.g., your hotel brand's marketing site).

  • You can now create campaigns that target just Group Pages or include them alongside hotel-specific pages.

  • Group Pages are not targeted by default in any campaign flow—you must manually select them in the targeting dropdown.

  1. Create or open a message campaign in the New Triptease Messages tool.

  2. Navigate to the Creatives tab.

  3. Click Refine Targeting.

  4. Expand the Hotel and Group Pages selector.

  5. Tick the box for Group (non-property-specific) pages.

  6. Confirm and save

  • Group Pages are not selected by default to prevent unintentional messaging on your main brand site.

  • Ensure you have permission to target Group Pages. If you don’t see the option, contact your account admin.
