This article explains how to open Triptease Agent, choose your first task and get useful results.
Overview
Triptease Agent is powered by the Agentic Marketing Platform. Through conversation, it brings your hotel’s data together with built-in marketing expertise and your active Triptease channels, helping you understand performance, decide what to do and take action.
The Agent helps you save time, make better decisions and act faster. You can go from question to action in one continuous conversation.
How to start your first conversation
Log in to the Triptease platform.
Select Agent at the top of the platform navigation side panel.
Describe a task in plain language.
Ask follow-up questions and refine the result within the same conversation.
Review the hotel, dates, audience, creative and budget before approving a supported live change.
Find a task to try
Choose a task that matters to your hotel. What the Agent can do depends on your active channels, available data and user permissions. Replace the dates and details below with your own.
Understand your performance
Prepare a report, compare periods and explore what changed.
Try: “Summarise September’s marketing performance for my hotel. Compare it with August and highlight the main changes.”
Then ask: “Break this down by channel and turn it into a short summary for my monthly commercial meeting.”
Discover guests worth targeting
Explore guest segments and use the findings to shape your next campaign.
Try: “Which guest segments are most valuable to my hotel, and what do their booking patterns tell us?”
Then ask: “We want more midweek bookings in November. Which of these segments should we target, and why?”
Create a campaign
If you use the current Triptease Messages platform, turn an idea into a website campaign draft.
Try: “Draft a website message for a November midweek offer: stay three nights and get 20% off. Suggest an audience and write the copy.”
Then ask: “Make the copy shorter and translate it into French. Show me the draft so I can review it before publishing.”
Investigate OTA undercuts
If you use Metasearch, explore where Online Travel Agents (OTAs) offer a lower rate than your direct website.
Try: “Which OTAs undercut my direct rate most often last month, and which stay dates were affected?”
Then ask: “Check the current rates for one of those stay dates and recommend what I should investigate next.”
Review your advertising budgets
Check your monthly budgets and explore a change where your channel and commercial model support it.
Try: “Show me the current monthly budgets for my active advertising channels.”
Then ask: “I’m considering increasing my Metasearch monthly budget to [amount and currency]. Explain what I should check before making the change.”
Get guidance for your next decision
Bring your own data into the conversation and explore what to do next.
Try: “I’ve uploaded a CSV of occupancy by stay date. Which November dates need attention, and what marketing activity would you suggest?”
Then ask: “Which suggestion would you prioritise for my hotel, and what information do you need from me to develop it?”
Tips for better results
Share context. Include the hotel, date range and outcome you want. You can share a web-page URL or upload a CSV or supported image.
