How to add the Triptease script to your ResNexus Account

How to enable the Triptease integration on your ResNexus booking engine using the Reservation Sources configuration.

Overview

ResNexus provides Triptease as a built-in Reservation Source. You enable the Triptease integration in ResNexus and enter the Client key and Hotel key provided by Triptease Customer Support — no script paste is required.


How to enable the integration

  1. Email customersupport@triptease.com to request your Client key and Hotel key.

  2. Log in to the ResNexus extranet.

  3. Go to Settings → Reservation Sources → Triptease.

  4. Enter the Client key and Hotel key provided by Customer Support.

  5. Click Enable.

  6. Check the install is working using the Test Your Integration tool in the Triptease platform (Settings → Group settings → Integration scripts → Test Your Integration) — paste in your URL and run the test. If you'd prefer the Customer Support team to confirm for you, email customersupport@triptease.com or contact them via in-platform chat.


Common questions

Q: Where do I find my Client key and Hotel key?

A: They are not visible in the Triptease platform. Email customersupport@triptease.com and Customer Support will send them to you.

Q: Do I need to install anything on my hotel website separately?

A: Yes. The ResNexus integration only covers your booking engine. For your main hotel website, install the Triptease web script — see What Is a Web Script?.

Q: How do I confirm the script is working?

A: The quickest way is to use the Test Your Integration tool in the Triptease platform. Go to Settings → Group settings → Integration scripts and use the Test Your Integration section to enter your URL and run the test.
