Overview
ThinkReservations provides Triptease as a Marketplace application. You install it from the Marketplace, enable it, and enter the Hotel key provided by Triptease Customer Support.
How to enable the integration
Email customersupport@triptease.com or use the in-platform chat to request your Hotel key.
Log in to ThinkReservations.
Go to Settings β Marketplace β TripTease.
Click the green Add Application button.
Go to Settings β Triptease.
Set the app to Enabled and paste the Hotel key into the HOTEL KEY field.
Click Save.
Email customersupport@triptease.com to confirm the integration is live.
Common questions
Q: Where do I find my Hotel key?
A: It is not visible in the Triptease platform. Email customersupport@triptease.com and Customer Support will send it to you.
