Triptease

ThinkReservations provides Triptease as a Marketplace application. You install it from the Marketplace, enable it, and enter the Hotel key provided by Triptease Customer Support.

Email <a href="mailto:customersupport@triptease.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">customersupport@triptease.com</a> or use the in-platform chat to request your Hotel key.

Go to Settings → Marketplace → TripTease.

Click the green Add Application button.

Set the app to Enabled and paste the Hotel key into the HOTEL KEY field.

Email <a href="mailto:customersupport@triptease.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">customersupport@triptease.com</a> to confirm the integration is live.

2. Log in to ThinkReservations.
3. Go to Settings → Marketplace → TripTease.
4. Click the green Add Application button.
5. Go to Settings → Triptease.
6. Set the app to Enabled and paste the Hotel key into the HOTEL KEY field.
7. Click Save.
8. Email <a href="mailto:customersupport@triptease.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">customersupport@triptease.com</a> to confirm the integration is live.

A: It is not visible in the Triptease platform. Email <a href="mailto:customersupport@triptease.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">customersupport@triptease.com</a> and Customer Support will send it to you.
